At 1-1/2 in deep, it adds 21 cu in (344 ml) of fill, enough for up to 14 #14 AWG or 12 #12 AWG conductors. Eight 1/2 in and four 3/4 in knockouts open up options for new conduit runs, and combination Robertson/slotted screws work with the square bit already in your driver. The galvanized steel body (1.2 mm min.) is cULus listed for residential, commercial and industrial work. Add capacity and conduit access in minutes while keeping the original install in place.
